We are seeking independent, motivated, flexible, bilingual (Spanish/English) individuals with strong leadership skills, recruiting experience and excellent customer service. A strong background in staffing for manufacturing or logistics industries is required! This position is onsite at two major logistics warehouses working 2nd shift in Allentown, PA representing Partners Personnel. Must be flexible to perform check-ins on both shifts.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Oversee up to 150+ associates at two onsite locations,
• High volume recruiting required
• Daily reports management,
• Managing KPIs,
• Weekly time clock and attendance management,
• Daily walk-throughs,
• Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments,
• Troubleshooting associate needs,
• Attending meetings with management when necessary.

What we need from you:

• Light Industrial staffing experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment required
• Ability to work 2nd shift 
• Ability to be flexible to do check-ins at both onsite locations
• High volume recruiting experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Supervisory experience
• Ability to drive and meet KPIs
• Strong Microsoft office skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems
• Experience with time and attendance management
• Bilingual Spanish and English is required
